Farfalle Pasta in a Cream of Mushroom Sauce

I tried this recipe completely on a whim, with whatever ingredients I had at home. Turned out great!

2 cups Farfalle Pasta
1/2 lb boneless chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or chicken - your choice, I used mushroom)
1 cup stir fried vegetables
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp cumin
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1/2 cup milk
Cilantro just enough to garnish

Boil Pasta and drain.
In a pot, heat the oil and add garlic. Once garlic browns, add the boneless chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat. Add spices (salt, pepper, cumin, cajun seasoning) and cook for 4-5 more minutes. Add stir fried veggies and mix for a few minutes. Add can of mushroom soup and milk, and let it all come to a boil.
Add chicken and sauce mix to pasta. You may garnish with your herb of choice - I used Cilantro.
